On-going monthly support to keep your business admin running smoothly. Offers up to 7.5 hours per week of virtual admin support, including:
Admin and workflow audit.
In depth system clean-up and maintenance (invoicing & scheduling management)
Customer payment follow-ups.
Email and digital file organisation.
Client communication.
Also included are system and process checks to assist with workflow improvements plus 2 x monthly virtual catch ups and priority email support.

Investment: $410 per week.
The Full Flow Package
Our premium service for trade businesses ready to completely streamline and upscale. This package offers up to 10 hours per week of tailored admin support including:
Full admin and workflow review and system upgrade assistance with platforms such as ServiceM8, Simpro etc.
Customer payment follow-ups.
Email and digital file organisation.
Client communication.
Ad hoc within reasonable parameters.
Marketing/branding support (1.5 hours per month).
Ongoing optimisation of admin systems and fortnightly virtual check-ins.
Investment: $525 per week.
Need something a little more personalised?
Wanting a more bespoke approach? Our on-shore virtual admin team can provide by the hour pricing at $65 per hour, no minimum requirement however expectations must be reasonable and discussed and agreed upon prior.
