Amy, our Founder and Managing Director, brings more than 20 years of experience in administration, accounts payable/receivable, and support for the trade industry. She holds a Certificate III in Business Administration and a Certificate IV in Accounting & Bookkeeping, along with over 18 months of hands-on experience in a virtual administration and assistant role. Amy is passionate about helping small businesses save time, simplify their systems, and build long-term success.


Kahli brings firsthand experience from running a thriving trade business, giving her a solid understanding of what it takes to keep operations running efficiently behind the scenes. Backed by her Certificate III & IV in Accounting & Bookkeeping and a strong grasp of small business best practices, she’s committed to helping tradies streamline their work and boost productivity. In 2025, Kahli and her husband’s roofing business were named finalists in local business awards—a testament to her ability to successfully manage and grow a trade business.


Jess comes from a strong background in administration, marketing and design, having worked with national brands like Signarama. Her creative eye and business mindset make her an invaluable asset when it comes to helping small businesses grow, stand out and succeed.
